Job Description

As a THI Sales Specialist in India, you will be responsible for setting net new appointments by reaching out to GBS/SCC/GSS leaders, center leaders, and heads of training in designated regions and accounts. Your primary goal will be to schedule first meeting appointments through calling and following up with email/marketing campaign leads. Collaboration with other THI Sales Specialists is crucial in identifying target companies and executives for joint pursuits to secure THI business. You will work closely with Hackett sales teams to coordinate regional THI sales and account activities effectively. Your role also involves executing end-to-end sales pursuits, including targeting, needs identification, solution positioning, pricing, proposal development, and contract execution. Post-sales, you will transition into account management to ensure client satisfaction, conduct periodic checkpoint calls, and facilitate upselling opportunities. In addition to a base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn an annual bonus of up to 10% based on achieving the overall THI sales plan for India. Individual sales commissions ranging from 5% to 10% will be earned based on sales volumes and specific targets.
