We Are Hiring: Education Loan Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon 
Experience: -1 to 05 Years (Freshers welcome)
Salary: Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives Up to 25 + PF ( Depend On interview ) 

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Education Loan Sales Executives to support students in fulfilling their dream of higher education. You will act as the bridge between students/parents and financial institutions, offering tailored education loan solutions for studies in India and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through student counseling centers, institutions, and digital channels.

• Reach out to prospective clients and explain education loan options clearly.

• Assist applicants in documentation, eligibility checks, and application submission.

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for processing and approvals.

• Achieve assigned monthly targets and maintain daily activity reports.

• Build lasting relationships with students, parents, and educational consultants.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (Any stream); MBA preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in education loans, finance, or banking preferred but not essential.

• Familiarity with loan documentation, financial terms, and student counseling is a plus.

• Strong follow-up skills and a result-driven attitude.
