Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the sales and site operations at our Real Estate project in Kandivali (W), Mumbai. With 7-10 years of experience in sales within the real estate or construction industry, you will play a crucial role in closing deals and sourcing new opportunities. Your primary tasks will include creating a sales strategy to achieve targets, managing channel partners by screening and communicating terms, assigning sales targets to the team, and tracking the sales inventory. You will also be involved in setting channel distribution, driving channel business, interacting with customers to convert leads, and negotiating deals. Additionally, you will oversee the management of leads and walk-ins, ensuring a positive site experience for prospective customers. It will be your responsibility to handle sales administration, maintain after-sales relationships, and manage data effectively. You will also need to balance work allocation within the team, conduct performance reviews, and organize team-building activities. Furthermore, you will be expected to suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity. Adherence to company guidelines and processes is essential in this role.
