Job Description

As a Sales & Service Engineer based in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for providing systems and service support for Barcode/RFID/Printer devices at a regional level. Your key duties will include offering technical support to end customers and sales teams, conducting installations, training sessions, and providing warranty support to clients. You will also be expected to familiarize yourself with different Barcode products and offer appropriate suggestions to clients, attend to hardware breakdowns, and perform preventive maintenance tasks. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in presales activities by assisting the sales team with product demonstrations and application usage. It will be your responsibility to maintain a stock of service support tools in the Ahmedabad region, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and effectively communicate product and customer feedback. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a deep understanding of End to End AIDC solutions, be adept at handling and resolving complaints and queries, and preferably have knowledge of SQL and ASP.Net. Additionally, strong teamwork skills, excellent customer communication abilities, and proficiency in problem diagnosis are essential for success in this position.,
