Sales Representative Debt Solutions Location: Bangalore Experience: 23 years Industry: Banking / NBFC / Debt Advisory / Financial Services About the Role We are looking for a driven Sales Representative with experience in the debt finance ecosystem someone who understands the lending space and has hands-on experience in field sales and client acquisition for debt products (term loans, working capital, unsecured business loans, etc.). Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard businesses/clients seeking debt funding from banks, NBFCs, or private lenders Develop and maintain strong relationships with founders, CFOs, and decision-makers Pitch relevant debt solutions based on client requirements (secured/unsecured loans, working capital, invoice discounting, etc.) Coordinate with internal credit and documentation teams to ensure smooth deal closures Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets Stay updated with lending norms, financial products, and credit policies across institutions Who You Are 23 years of experience in field sales or business development in a bank, NBFC, or debt advisory firm Proven track record of sourcing and closing debt deals Strong understanding of loan structuring, documentation, and credit profiles Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills Highly target-oriented and self-motivated Bonus if You Have Existing network of lenders or clients in need of debt Experience in SME/MSME lending Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Quarterly bonus Experience: loan sales: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Kannada (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: In person,
