Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads and build a robust sales pipeline through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Present and demonstrate our products effectively to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals or financial products.
  • Strong skills in sales generation, sales & distribution, and field marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Work Environment

This position is a full-time role with a day schedule, requiring on-site presence in one of our key locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai City, or Kolkata. We are looking to fill 10 positions to strengthen our sales team and drive our business forward.
