The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, presenting services/products, and closing deals within the education, fitness, and sports sectors. A sports background is essential to comprehend client needs and effectively convey the value of our offerings. Additionally, conducting Sports Education Programs at schools is part of the responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education, fitness, and sports sectors. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with schools and corporate clients. - Deliver product/service presentations, demos, and follow-ups with potential leads. - Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to customize solutions for clients. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records in CRM and furnish regular reports to the sales manager. - Represent the company at exhibitions, sports events, and networking meetings. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-3 years of sales experience preferred (freshers with notable sports achievements will be considered). - Deep passion for sports and fitness; previous experience as an athlete, coach, or sports professional is advantageous. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are imperative. - Ability to operate autonomously and collaboratively within a team. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
