Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Person with experience in Solar Projects or similar products. As the ideal candidate, you will be tasked with generating leads and managing customer relationships. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, offering appropriate solutions, and meeting sales targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead Generation: Utilize various channels like cold calling, networking, referrals, and online marketing to identify potential clients. - Client Interaction: Engage with potential buyers and investors to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions. - Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices with clients to close sales effectively. Assist in drafting agreements and contracts. - Market Research: Keep abreast of local market trends and competitors. - Sales Reporting: Maintain records of sales, prospects, and client interactions. Provide regular sales reports to management. - Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering post-sales support. - Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as directed by management.
