We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Sales Representative to serve as the initial point of contact for incoming leads. Your primary responsibilities will include handling calls and inquiries, qualifying interested customers, and collaborating with department heads to ensure a smooth purchasing process. Your role extends beyond closing a sale; it involves directing individuals to the appropriate departments while collaborating with a dynamic team of marketers and creatives. You will collaborate closely with: - A Digital Marketing Specialist to offer input on lead quality and follow-up requirements - A Social Media Content Creator to grasp promotional strategies and messaging that generate inquiries - Department Heads responsible for post-sale fulfillment and customer service Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to inbound calls, messages, and inquiries from potential customers - Manage direct messages (DMs), comments, and social media queries, particularly those related to sales or product inquiries - Use targeted questions to qualify leads and evaluate their requirements - Guide potential customers towards the suitable product, service, or department - Maintain alignment on promotions by coordinating with the content creator and marketing specialist - Record customer details in the lead system for future marketing endeavors or follow-ups - Convey confirmed sales and essential information to the relevant department heads The ideal candidate will possess: - Strong phone and verbal communication skills - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate lead tracking and information transfer - A customer-centric approach and innate problem-solving abilities - Basic familiarity with CRMs or lead tracking systems, or a willingness to learn This position is full-time, permanent, and suitable for freshers.
