DISABILITY TYPE: Mild locomotive, Hearing , Vision ( All three disabilities mild percentage required ) Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to contractors, house owners, architects, builders, light consultants & electricians to promote our product range - Manage the sales funnel from cold calls to closure - Give samples, demos, and quotations to potential customers - Achieve a targeted TO of 6-8 in Urban & 4-6 in Rural with connected lighting and NPI as a major focus - Report to the Sales Specialist of the Territory - Be attached to a light lounge in a specific - Work towards meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers - Attend sales meetings and training sessions Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - 2+ years of relevant experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Salary: The salary for this role starts from 25K-35K with incentives up to 10K (monthly).,
