About the Role: Looking for a result-oriented Senior Manager Sales Operations to drive operational excellence, enhance sales productivity, and bring data-driven rigor to our fast-paced sales environment. This role will serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership, ensuring process alignment, performance tracking, and smart automation at scale. Key Responsibilities: Sales Performance & Target Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales Heads to define, allocate, and monitor sales targets. Develop structured processes to track achievement vs. goals. Process Automation & CRM Optimization: Drive automation initiatives using CRM tools and AI-integrated workflows to streamline reporting, lead management, and task tracking. Sales Analytics & Insights: Monitor and analyze metrics such as conversion rates, average conversion time, CAC, LTV, churn, and rep performance. Build actionable dashboards and insights for decision-making. P&L and Pricing Strategy: Support pricing strategy, customer-level profitability analysis, and input into broader commercial decisions affecting revenue and margin. Sales Enablement & Productivity: Design and implement initiatives that reduce manual work, improve sales cycle efficiency, and boost overall team productivity. Documentation & Data Hygiene: Ensure discipline in capturing call logs, meeting notes, and sales interactions within the CRM system for pipeline integrity and forecasting. What Were Looking For: 35 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial excellence roles (flexible for high-caliber candidates). Strong analytical mindset with experience working on sales metrics and business KPIs. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and AI-based sales automation tools. Proven ability to drive process improvements and automation in high-growth or complex sales environments. Excellent stakeholder management, especially with sales leadership and cross-functional teams. Exposure to pricing, P&L thinking, and strategic planning is a strong plus.,
