Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Operations Executive to join one of the leading brands in the Bakery category in India. As a Sales Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting Offline Sales Business in both General Trade (GT) & Modern Trade (MT) segments. Collaborating closely with the Business Head, you will play a key role in setting team targets and maintaining GT & MT business dashboards, including collections for P&L understanding. Your responsibilities will also include managing team beat plans, adherence, changes, partner coordination for invoices, claims, and other documentation. Additionally, you will be in charge of sales and inventory trackers, offer trackers across partner locations, system additions & updates in Bizom (SFA) & D365 (ERP), reports & analytics, and coordination with SCM/Warehouse Team for better fill rates and SCM/Logistics Team for delivery route mapping & optimization. You will also work closely with the Marketing team for collaterals. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-5 years of experience in FMCG sales operations, a Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Maths/Numbers or a Master's Degree in Business Management. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, along with hands-on knowledge of ERP & SFA (experience in Bizom/D365 is highly preferred) and advanced Excel skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
