As a professional in the Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Telecaller industry, you will be responsible for various key tasks. During these meetings, you will present company offerings in a compelling manner and gather feedback to enhance offerings and improve customer experience. Collaboration with the sales and production team is crucial for success in this role. You will work closely with the sales team to create cohesive strategies and action plans, as well as liaise with the production team to ensure timely delivery and product quality. Effective communication of client requirements to internal teams will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in sales and business development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, along with a willingness to travel as required, are important qualities for this role.
