Job Description

You will be responsible for generating funds for WWF India from individual donors. Your role will involve managing and developing a long-term relationship with donors, guiding them up the donor pyramid. Meeting a minimum of 150 prospects per day and presenting the work of WWF-India to at least 30 individuals will be a key part of your daily activities. Additionally, you will be expected to attend all training sessions, learn systems, and implement them effectively in the field. One of your crucial responsibilities will be to ensure that the right facts are presented to prospects, thereby enhancing the brand image of WWF-India. You will also support the Team Leader and Manager in maintaining a positive team environment, fostering teamwork, and resolving conflicts at the workplace. Any other tasks reasonably requested by the organization will also fall under your purview. As for the requirements, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential for this role.
