Job Description
Skills needed- HoReCa sector, FMCG or FMCD, Sales, CRM, Market Analysis, Product promotion, contract managment, revenue tracking and generation, communication skills.
Location- Gurgaon (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences in the HoReCa sector.
- Analyze competitors' activities and market trends to gain insights and stay ahead of the competition.
2. Business Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new HoReCa clients such as hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry and establish partnerships with distributors and wholesalers.
3. Product Promotion and Presentation:
- Create compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and unique selling points of our FMCG products to potential clients.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
4. Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with clients, ensuring win-win agreements for both parties.
- Prepare and manage contracts, pricing agreements, and other legal documents related to the business deals.
5. Sales and Revenue Tracking:
- Monitor sales performance, track revenue growth, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and optimize profitability in the HoReCa division.
6. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing HoReCa clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer support.
7. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns for the HoReCa segment.
- Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
8. Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously gather feedback from clients and market insights to improve product offerings and business strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and innovations in the FMCG - HoReCa sector.
