Job Description: Teragonia is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Sales Operations Analyst to join their client account teams. Your primary responsibility will be to provide critical back-office to mid-office support to client-facing teams through CRM management, research, and pre-sales intelligence. You will collaborate closely with a principal based in Dallas and team members in the UK to enhance how the business targets, pitches, and grows. Key Responsibilities: - CRM Management (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho): Maintain and update CRM records accurately, create tasks, reminders, and ensure data integrity. - Market & Client Research: Utilize tools like PitchBook, Apollo, Dun & Bradstreet for researching companies, contacts, and sectors. - Insight Decks & Briefs: Compile actionable briefs and pre-client decks, support team members with outreach materials. - Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, help streamline client onboarding and outreach operations. Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales ops, marketing ops, market research, or strategy support. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM is preferred, along with experience in research tools like PitchBook and Apollo. Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Gmail/Google Workspace are required. Additionally, strong written English skills, attention to detail, proactive task management, and willingness to work overlapping UK hours are essential. Preference will be given to candidates based in India, specifically Mumbai or Bangalore.
