Job Description
You will be responsible for leading and growing the brand Mukta Aqua in the market by developing and executing strategic marketing plans, building brand awareness, and driving sales performance. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies, building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients, identifying new market opportunities, leading field sales campaigns and promotional activities, supervising the sales team for target achievement, and monitoring competitor activities and market trends. To qualify for this role, you must be a female candidate with a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with proven experience in sales and marketing (experience in FMCG or similar industries is preferred). You should possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, be proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated, and be willing to travel for business development as required.
