Were gearing up for launch, and were looking for a passionate Sales & Marketing Lead to join us in creating and capturing the market from the ground up. What You'll Own: Launch Strategy: Youll lead our go-to-market execution, set up distributor networks, and build brand awareness. Market Development: Spot opportunities, open new channels, and build long-term customer and partner relationships. Sales Leadership: From lead generation to deal closurethis role owns the full sales cycle. Channel Management: Handle key accounts, distributors, and retail partnerships, ensuring strong support and growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations and marketing to ensure delivery excellence and impactful campaigns. What You Bring: A proven track record in sales roles (FMCG, baby care, or consumer goods) Excellent negotiation, communication, and account management skills Experience building distribution networks and launching new products Strategic mindset + get-it-done attitude A passion for sustainability and creating impact Bonus: Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or related 5+ years in sales/marketing in baby care/FMCG preferred Interested Lets talk!
