We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Female Marketing Executive to join our team and drive our marketing and customer engagement efforts. Key Responsibilities Perform tele calling to generate leads and maintain customer follow-ups. Explain project details to potential clients. Conduct site visits with clients and give detailed walkthroughs of construction projects. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Maintain a database of potential and existing clients and update CRM regularly. Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events when required. Prepare marketing reports, lead tracking sheets, and customer feedback summaries. Maintain professional communication and represent the company with a courteous approach. Key Requirements Gender: Female (Required) Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing & sales (construction/real estate industry preferred). Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language. Confident, presentable, and customer-focused attitude. Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, email handling). Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Business background preferred).
