You are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join the Hotel Industry in Egmore, Chennai. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will work with General Managers to understand and implement sales strategies effectively, ensuring that the hotel surpasses budgeted goals. Your focus will be on attracting new business and expanding the corporate incentive program through various channels like direct mail and personal visits. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, as well as assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners will also be a key part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients, and knowledge of sales techniques and market trends in the hotel industry. A goal-oriented and proactive approach towards achieving targets is essential for success. The ideal candidate for this role would be a fresher with a UG/MBA degree, proficient in English and Tamil languages, and with excellent English communication skills. The position offers a salary ranging from 15K to 25K per month, along with benefits such as Provident Fund and a yearly bonus. This is a full-time job with fixed day shifts and 6 working days per week.
