Job Description: Evaluates potential for the business, identifies current business strengths, and creates a strategic plan for growth in his / her territory. Performs basic lead generation, sales calls and follow-up functions. Drives the sales effort with continual contact and face to face meetings with decision makers. Directly responsible for the continued growth of this territory. Networks within the community to build business and branch visibility. Maintains and develops client contacts at senior levels within client organizations. Qualification & Skill Requirement: Graduate with 3 yrs. Experience or MBA preferred. Excellent Communication skill. Must have the ability to establish rapport/relationships and grow them. Follow-up skills by email, phone call, in person, etc. to move a prospect up in the sales pipeline. Experience in building business including time and territory management, sales and proposal presentation to clients. Ability to achieve profitable sales development and growth.
