Job Description

The job involves preparing proforma invoices and following up with customers regarding proforma invoices through email and calls. You will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of all sample requests and gathering customer feedback. Tracking all inquiries and ensuring timely responses is also a key part of the role. Coordinating with other teams to resolve issues causing inquiries to be stuck is essential. Additionally, you will follow up with customers on offers, inquiry-related matters, and upcoming requirements of regular customers. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund. The compensation package includes a performance bonus and yearly bonus.
