As a Sales Manager (Field) in Maharashtra, India, you will need to have 6 to 8 years of experience in sales, particularly focused on the Solar industry. Your main responsibilities will include developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive growth in the solar sector, leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, and establishing and nurturing strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
