Job Description
As a Sales Manager for Retail loan products, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and achieve business targets. You will need to aggressively work towards increasing sales numbers through cross-selling while simultaneously enhancing client relationships. Your role will involve retaining and expanding the company's customer base for retail loan products to ensure repeat business and referrals. Maximize sales through effective networking and relationship-building to ensure strong business growth. Developing and maintaining strong liaisons with clients will be crucial for generating repeat business and referrals. You will need to ensure that files are processed efficiently from the login stage to disbursement by liaising with internal departments such as Operations and Credit. Optimizing team productivity will be essential, and you will be responsible for managing a team of relationship managers to achieve team results and meet business targets. Align with the team to generate leads for sales through on-ground activities. Leading and supervising the team for growth implementation through training, motivation, and deployment strategies is key to success in this role. Stay informed about market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Utilize your understanding of markets, competition, processes, and products to provide valuable feedback to the central product and policy team. Compliance with all Audit, RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports is essential. To excel in this role, you should have a Post Graduate/ Graduate degree in any discipline.,
