Overview: We are seeking dynamic and results-driven sales professionals to join our growing team in the travel insurance vertical. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-evolving domain where youll contribute to building and expanding partnerships that drive revenue and impact. The ideal candidate is experienced in broking, B2B development, or strategic alliances and has a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver consistent sales performance. Responsibilities: Channel Sales & Broking Develop and manage broker networks and channel partnerships. Ensure consistent performance and target achievement through partner engagement and training. B2B Partnership Development Identify, pitch, and onboard new business partnerships (travel agents, OTAs, aggregators, etc.). Manage partner relationships end-to-end, including contract negotiation and account performance. Strategic & Digital Alliances Build and manage alliances with digital platforms, fintechs, insurtechs, and other travel-related businesses. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop joint offerings and go-to-market plans. Corporate Distribution Engage with corporates for group and employee travel insurance solutions. Work with decision-makers (HR/Admin/Travel Heads) to close enterprise-level opportunities Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any discipline is mandatory. 6- 10 years of experience in travel insurance sales (broking or insurer side). Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and sales processes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with the travel or insurance ecosystem is an added advantage.
