We are a fast-growing solar energy company specializing in residential and commercial solar projects. Our goal is to provide high-quality, cost-effective solar solutions while promoting sustainable energy. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve residential and commercial solar project targets. Generate leads through inbound and outbound calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives. Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and available subsidies (e.g., PM Suryaghar Scheme). Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, businesses, and key decision-makers. Conduct site visits, provide consultations, and create customized solar proposals. Close sales deals and ensure smooth customer onboarding. Team Management & Collaboration: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives and channel partners. Develop a Channel Partner Program to expand referral-based sales. Coordinate with operations, finance, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas. Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in solar sales or renewable energy industry (preferred). Strong knowledge of solar power systems, subsidies, and financing options. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
