Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Sales Manager - SEPL Function/ Department: SEPL Job Purpose: The role entails direct customer interaction and is responsible for acquisition of Self-Employed Professional Loan customers. The role bearer has a responsibility to supervise catchment mapping, customer feedback and identifying and converting potential opportunities. The role bearer is responsible for driving client acquisition, deepening customer relationships, and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship to achieve larger organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: Acquisition of Self employer professional loan customers in the identified segment and reference generation from the specified catchment area Collaborate with the Product Head Self employed professional Loan to ensure that the customers are offered the best in class solutions funding/ multi funding requirements and key Direct Selling Teams are appropriately incentivized.
