Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets for Amberstone Properties-Construction Company. As a Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include implementing comprehensive sales strategies, identifying market trends, managing sales leads with care, maintaining budgets and forecasts, overseeing the entire sales process, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, address client inquiries promptly and professionally, stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, conduct market research, and represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada, proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and knowledge of the real estate construction industry and market dynamics. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the company's site office in JP Nagar, Bangalore.
