Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to maximize sales through a dealer network and channel relationships, ensuring a strong business presence. Your role will involve aggressively driving sales numbers and achieving business targets for retail loan products, emphasizing cross-selling to enhance client relationships. To succeed in this position, you will need to retain and expand the company's customer base for retail loan products, fostering repeat business and referrals. Developing and maintaining strong liaisons with clients will be crucial for driving repeat business and referrals. You will be required to oversee the end-to-end processing of files from the login stage to disbursement, collaborating closely with internal departments such as Operations and Credit to ensure timely completion. Managing a team of relationship managers/executives effectively will be essential in optimizing team productivity, ensuring the achievement of team results, and meeting business targets to drive profitability in the area. Aligning with the team on ground lead generation activities for sales will also be part of your responsibilities. Leading and supervising the team in implementing growth agendas through training, motivation, and deployment strategies will be key to your success. You will be expected to drive direct business through cross-selling or upselling to the existing customer base and open market references. Your role will also involve cross-selling other loan and insurance products, focusing on car loans, and driving the team to exceed targets across all segments. Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence will be necessary to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Utilizing your understanding of markets, competition, processes, and available products, you will provide feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. Compliance with all audit, RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports as per the company's designed systems will be paramount. To qualify for this role, you should have a Post Graduate/ Graduate degree in any discipline.,
