Agri Processing is a large (~300 Bn USD) and growing (CAGR ~10%) market opportunity but the structure of the industry and the intermediate supply chain remains largely unorganized. Agrizy aims to solve the major challenges that the Agri processing (food and non-food) industry in India faces. With technology at its core, Agrizy focuses on not only the efficient discovery of suppliers and buyers but also on the end-to-end fulfilment of the processed Agri products supply chain. Typical suppliers on the Agrizy platform are farmers, FPOs, village-level aggregators,traders, and primary processors supplying Agri products for processing.

Salary :- Open up to 30 lakhs (Depends on his current comp.)
Experience :- Open (Must have experience in B2B Agri & Food)
Notice period :- 30 days
Interview process :- 3 rounds excluding HR Round
working days and working hours :- 6 days & 9 hours
Job Brief:
The Sales Manager will help build our strategy, sales teams and processes to achieve revenue targets for all sales teams. We seek an experienced professional who will provide strategic vision and tactical direction while leading all aspects of and directing the responsibilities of employees. In this role, you will represent our organisation in promoting and selling products and services.
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Lead complete cycle of business acquisition, service delivery and business expansion for entire customer segment
- Partner effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver effective clients solutions
- Strategically formulate an account plan to provide clients needs-based solutions, structure appropriate business mix and ensure the targeted profitability for each account within the permissible credit limit.
- Proactively build and maintain trusted client relationships through effective solutions and ensuring the delivery of high quality service.
- Revenue pipeline management through the increase of wallet share with the existing customers and through the acquisition of new customers in the defined industry segment.
- Meet product volume and profit targets
Required Skills :-
- Proven experience in Agri / Spices/ Herbal sales with a client base which can be immediately activated
- Candidates must have good communication skills
- Must have good connections with clients and their procurement teams
- Candidate must be willing to travel frequently for business development and client meetings
