Job Description

As a Luxury Real Estate Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to acquire and manage high-net-worth individuals and affluent buyers. You will be expected to build and nurture strong relationships with clients, catering to their preferences with personalized services. In terms of property presentation, you will be showcasing luxury properties and developments to potential buyers. This will involve conducting property viewings, presentations, virtual tours, and outbound meetings. During site visits, your role will be to ensure that properties are presented flawlessly and address any client inquiries promptly. Customer service excellence is paramount in this role. You will need to provide exceptional service throughout the sales process and follow up with clients post-sale to ensure their satisfaction. Building long-term relationships with clients and seeking referrals and recommendations will also be part of your responsibilities. Negotiation skills are crucial as you will be negotiating terms and conditions of sale with buyers. You will prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and purchase agreements, facilitating the closing process. Leading negotiations and contracting with partner firms will also be part of your duties. Staying updated with luxury real estate market trends and competitor activities is essential. Market research will be required to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing alternative lead generation strategies and exploring innovative methods to engage potential clients. Maintaining accurate reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends will be necessary. Providing regular updates and insights to management for strategic decision-making is also expected. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) and have proven experience in luxury real estate sales or a similar sales role. Experience in business development or partnership management within the wealth management or financial services industry is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.,
