Job Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships within the transportation industry. You should be a proactive and driven individual who can identify sales opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and deliver tailored transportation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the transportation sector and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Coordinate with the sales team to align efforts and maximize results. Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, sales pipeline, and contracts. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills: Strong understanding of transportation and logistics solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
