Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Retail loan products, your primary objective will be to drive sales and ensure that business targets are met. You will be responsible for aggressively increasing sales numbers, enhancing client relationships, and cross-selling to achieve business goals. Additionally, you will focus on retaining and expanding the customer base, maximizing sales through effective networking, and maintaining strong liaisons with clients for repeat business or referrals. Your role will also involve overseeing the end-to-end process of file processing from login to disbursement, collaborating with internal departments such as Operations and Credit. To optimize team productivity, you will manage a team of relationship managers to ensure the achievement of team results and meet business targets. Furthermore, you will lead ground lead generation activities, provide training and motivation to your team, and implement growth strategies effectively. Staying updated on market trends and competitor intelligence will be crucial in developing successful sales and marketing strategies. Your insights into the market, competition, processes, and products will be valuable in providing feedback to the central product and policy team to stay competitive. Ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Graduate degree in any discipline.,
