Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Proactive Sales Promotion: Support new and existing partners and their stakeholders to proactively promote as a value-added solution. 2. Educational Strategy: Deliver simple but comprehensive education about the benefits and opportunities of the portfolio offering. This includes understanding the company's ecosystem partners, hardware options, and integration capabilities. 3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing key accounts such as Architects, Lighting Designers and Interior Designers to drive technology adoption. 4. Sales Enablement: Provide sales training and support to Sales Partners, empowering them to effectively promote and sell solutions to their customers, specifiers, and trading partners. Ensure that their sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to present as a simple and valuable addition to their product offerings. 5. Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences related to lighting and wireless control solutions. Use this knowledge to refine sales and identify new opportunities for growth Necessary Qualifications and Requirements: Experience in sales generation from Lighting/Controls Industry is essential. Education or an equivalent education/experience combination in Sales, Marketing, and Business Administration is preferred. Proven past success in achieving and exceeding targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills in English. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to company values and ethical standards. Proven proficiency in the use of CRM platforms and Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.,
