Job Description

As a Sales Manager for home loans and LAP, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team to achieve company goals and targets. Your key responsibilities will include developing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with clients, overseeing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, conducting market research and competitor analysis, training and developing sales staff, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and collaborating with other teams to enhance product offerings. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with prior experience in sales management in the home loan or LAP industry. You should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, a strong understanding of home loan and LAP products, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop successful sales strategies. Effective communication and negotiation abilities are essential, along with sound knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications is required, and any relevant certifications in sales management or financial services would be a plus. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies, as well as participating in industry events and networking activities to promote the brand and generate leads, are also part of your responsibilities.,
