Job Title: Sales Manager HORECA Location: New Delhi, India Industry: Liquor / Alcoholic Beverages Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs) channel in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the liquor industry and a proven track record of building and managing key accounts, distributor networks, and driving revenue growth in the on-trade segment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the HORECA channel in the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including hotels, bars, restaurants, and clubs. Identify and onboard new clients to expand market presence. Manage distributor and channel partner relationships to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. Lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance management. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Coordinate with marketing for BTL activations, promotions, and product launches. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer data. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 58 years of sales experience in the liquor or FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in HORECA sales. Strong network within the hospitality industry in New Delhi. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.,
