Job Description
- Sr. No Task performed
- 1 Identification and development of Channels
- 2 Supervision of Channels through regular visits
- 3 Possess database of all the schools, colleges, industries and potential bases for salaried business.
- 4 Create Awareness in the market through direct or indirect marketing activities
- 5 Tracks competition in terms of rates, proposals and policy.
- 6 Gathering and building on references.
- 7 Is constantly monitoring the quality of the portfolio and performance.
- 8 Provide regular updates and training to DSAs and channels on products and policies
- 9 Provide solutions to issues faced and thoughts which can lead to more business generation
- 10 Ensure payouts to channels are on-time and audited
- 11 Ensures visits to DSAs are regularly undertaken and reviews done.
- 12 Has a productive pipeline.
- 13 Builds and maintains a steady relationship with customers.
- 14 Attract channels which do business for other competitors
- 15 Weeding out of unproductive channels.
- 16 Ensure Login to conversion ratio is maintained at 60%
- 17 Ensuring 100% of the proposals are given LI
- 18 Have a concrete understanding of the Mortgage policy in terms of documents required, process to be followed.
- 19 Ensure all the cases are legally cleared before disbursing the case.
- 20 Ensure delinquency is within the norms and provide adequate support to the collection team as and when the need arises.
- 21 Identify and groom DSA / channels specializing in Salaried and Self Employed businesses.
- 22 Ensure delivery is spaced out through the month rather than accumulation towards month end.
- 23 Ensure all the documents are given at the time of login to help risk in taking a decision on the case
- 24 Pre-screening of documents before login.
- 25 Presenting cases for rate waivers and following on approvals
- 26 Ensure rejection percentage is below the threshold set.
- 27 Where required provide for re-look of rejected cases
- 28 Liaises with the risk team to do PD in every case
- 29 Meets atleast 3 new customers everyday.
Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge:
Channel sourcing exposure of High Ticket LAP product is preferred.
Ticket size 4 Cr. To 20 Cr.
No. of years of relevant experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in High Ticket LAP
