Job openings are available for Sales Manager in Chandigarh. The position is open for both experienced professionals and freshers. Key Responsibilities: - Monitoring Agent performance on common variables such as segment way to the market, renewal/fresh database, funnel, and closures. - Maintaining a high active percentage of POS. - Controlling attrition of POS Agents. - Ensuring high productivity of the team and POS, and managing the right level of channel engagement with the POS. - Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all departments for the same. - Working on various market dynamics and providing feedback for improvement in the internal organization to cope up with the same. - Management of loss ratios. - Ensuring compliance with external bodies and other authorities. - Managing cheque bounce recovery and business pendency. - Other responsibilities as per the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and growth factors.
