Acclaim Consultants is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Sales person for Gurgaon-based Client Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Sales Location: Gurgaon, India Job Type: Full-time YOE : 4-8 years Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales of pre-leased commercial real estate assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial real estate sales background, excellent networking skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for pre-leased commercial real estate assets. Identify and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), institutional investors, and corporate clients. Conduct market research to identify new investment opportunities and potential clients. Present investment opportunities and conduct negotiations to close sales deals. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns and events. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape to provide insights to investors. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure achievement of sales targets. Liaise with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales, particularly in pre-leased assets. Strong understanding of real estate investment principles and financial modeling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously.,
