We are currently seeking a Sales Manager-Commercial Real Estate to join our team in Noida on a full-time basis. The Sales Manager will play a key role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering customized real estate solutions. Key responsibilities include creating and delivering proposals, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. Collaboration with the marketing team will be essential to develop effective strategies and meet sales targets. The ideal candidate for this role should possess proven sales and negotiation expertise within the commercial real estate sector, along with strong client relationship management and communication skills. A solid understanding of market research, analysis, and trends is essential, as well as experience in proposal and contract preparation. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial, along with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is required, and previous experience in the real estate industry would be advantageous.,
