Job Title: Sales Manager Closing (High-End Architecture & Interior Firm) Experience: 5+ years in premium/luxury segment sales Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a Closing Sales Manager for a high-end Architecture and Interior Design firm specializing in bespoke luxury spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and closing premium project deals, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients from the final proposal stage to contract signing and onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the final sales closing process for high-value architectural and interior design projects. Engage with qualified leads, manage end-stage negotiations, and convert prospects into confirmed clients. Work closely with the design, technical, and commercial teams to finalize proposals, deliverables, and commercials. Maintain a consultative approach to address client expectations and customize solutions for luxury clientele. Track pipeline and closure ratios, and maintain accurate CRM records. Deliver excellent post-sale handoff to project teams, ensuring continuity and client satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales closure targets and contribute to revenue growth. Requirements: Proven experience in closing sales within high-end architecture, interior design, real estate, or luxury services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and expectations. High level of professionalism, discretion, and presentation. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Graduate/Post-Graduate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields. Preferred Traits: Background in luxury interiors, real estate, or premium lifestyle services. Design sensitivity and appreciation for aesthetics and bespoke solutions. Fluent in English; additional regional or international languages is a plus.
