Job Description
You will be responsible for generating revenues by selling CASA and Third Party Products such as Insurance, Mutual Funds, Online Trading, and Demat Accounts through the Sales Channel. Your primary goal will be to achieve the business objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume, and channel Productivity metrics. Additionally, you will lead a large Sales Channel comprising of Team Leaders and Sales Executives, ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention, and Mentoring of Sales teams. To excel in this role, you should have experience in handling large teams, with a background preference in the following order: Banking, Financial Service, FMCG, or Tele Communication. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills. A minimum of 4 years of work experience and either an MBA or Graduate degree is required for this position.,
