Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Retail Loan Products, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and ensure that business targets are achieved. You will be expected to aggressively pursue sales numbers and meet business targets through effective cross-selling strategies while also focusing on enhancing and upgrading client relationships. Your role will involve retaining and expanding the company's customer base for retail loan products, with a key emphasis on securing repeat business and referrals. It will be essential to maximize sales through a strong network and relationships, as well as develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients to encourage repeat business. You will need to ensure that all files are processed efficiently from the login stage to disbursement, working closely with internal departments such as Operations and Credit to ensure timely completion. Managing a team of relationship managers effectively will be crucial to optimizing team productivity and achieving desired results. Collaborating with your team on lead generation activities for sales and providing appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies will be vital in implementing the growth agenda. It will also be important to stay informed about market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Your understanding of the market, competition, processes, and available products will be valuable in providing constructive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. Compliance with all Audit, RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports as per company systems will be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should ideally possess a Post Graduate/ Graduate degree in any discipline.,
