Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Building Materials, particularly in AAC Blocks. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence across key locations including Hyderabad, Mumbai City, Surat, and Indore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in building materials sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for AAC blocks and other building materials.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, ensuring our offerings remain competitive.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Provide training and support to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Experience: 7 to 12 years of experience in sales management within the building materials sector, with a focus on AAC blocks, ACP, ALC, tiles, RMC, and cement marketing.
- Skills: Strong sales acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Education: A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Location: Willingness to travel within the assigned regions (Hyderabad, Mumbai City, Surat, Indore).
- Work Schedule: Full-time, Day shift, On-site.
