Job Description
As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients for our broking platform, catering to both retail and institutional clients. Your role will involve building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to drive account activation and increase trading volume. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing and supervising dealer desk operations to ensure timely and accurate trade execution. In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of dealers, sales executives, and support staff. Collaboration with internal teams such as compliance, risk, and technology will be essential to ensure a smooth onboarding process and enhance the overall trading experience for clients. Monitoring client trading patterns and ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk guidelines will also be part of your responsibilities. Your performance will be crucial in achieving monthly targets for client acquisition, trade volume, and revenue generation. Furthermore, you will be expected to identify new business opportunities and provide recommendations for enhancing our broking services.
