Ltd., a leader in industrial automation and smart manufacturing technologies, is looking for experienced and results-driven Sales Manager Automation & Fixture Tooling to drive business expansion across North India. This is a high-impact role that blends sales strategy, technical consultation, and relationship management to position m2nxt as a preferred partner for automation solutions. Sale Manger Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Execution ; Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business in automation systems and fixture tooling solutions. New customer Acquisition & Growth ; Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1 & 2 suppliers, SMEs and MSME. Technical Sales Leadership ; Understand client needs and provide consultation on automation solutions involving: Robots, Gantry Systems, Assembly Automation, Conveyors Processes such as Casting, Forging, Welding, Handling ect Work holding and Tooling solutions for Machine Tools specifically VMCs and HMC of any brand Market Coverage ; Responsible for expanding reach and driving growth in NCR. Client Relationship Management ; Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and position m2nxt as a strategic partner. Travel Requirement; Willing to travel extensively within assigned regions for client visits, presentations, and on-site solution discussions.
