Job Role: We are looking for a dynamic Territory Manager to handle Audio-Visual (AV) Sales across Maharashtra, based in Pune. The role involves managing sales, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your Key Responsibilities: Bring in new customers through direct sales efforts. Create and apply smart sales strategies to meet company and personal targets. Understand client needs and offer them the best AV solutions. Find new business opportunities and turn them into clients. Give product demos based on the customers specific requirements. Travel across Maharashtra to manage customer relationships. Keep an eye on the sales pipeline and use data to make better decisions. Quickly respond to any customer questions or issues. What Were Looking For: 23 years of experience in AV sales, integration, or design projects. Good knowledge of sales techniques and client management. Strong communication and people skills. Comfortable with regular travel and handling multiple tasks. Skilled in using CRM software and analyzing sales data. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Experience in handling AV projects from start to finish.
