We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented B2B Sales Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships, increasing sales, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and re-engage with existing clients regularly.
Build strong relationships with new clients and expand the customer base.
Maintain consistent communication with maximum prospects and customers.
Keep well-organized client data and update records regularly.
Work both on-field and in-office (calling + client visits).
Close sales deals effectively and meet targets.
Maintain a healthy and professional work environment.
Be dedicated, loyal, and committed for the long run.
Follow company protocols and avoid unplanned leaves.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales (medical/surgical industry preferred).
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
2-wheeler mandatory (for client visits).
Willingness to be on the field without complaints.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
