Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
• Identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and strategize for improvement.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convince and influence others.
