Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our premium motorcycle sales operations. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, manage a motivated sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction aligns with Honda BigWings brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional plans, and lead conversion processes. Monitor daily sales performance, track enquiries, and follow-up effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Ensure all sales processes align with Honda BigWings operational guidelines and CRM systems. Coordinate with marketing and service departments for smooth dealership operations. Train and mentor sales staff for continuous performance improvement. Prepare and submit sales reports to senior management. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree Minimum 8 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in two-wheelers or premium segment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Good understanding of digital sales tools, CRM systems, and showroom operations. Passion for motorcycles and excellent customer handling abilities.
